O’Neill Property Management Ltd is a residential property management company looking after the shared parts of residential buildings and apartment developments.
What we are
We provide residential property management and maintenance coordination: communal area inspections, cleaning arrangements, routine building maintenance, shared facilities management, repair coordination and communication with residents.
Our aim is straightforward — clean, safe and well-managed residential buildings for the people who live in them, and a clear record for the people who own them.
What we are not
We are not a letting or estate agency. We do not market flats, negotiate tenancies or handle rent. And we do not maintain an in-house trades team: repairs are coordinated with independent contractors and checked afterwards.
Where we work
We work with residential clients across Europe. The practical scope for a particular building — what is visited, how often, and by whom — is confirmed with the owner or the building’s representatives during the handover assessment, before anything is agreed.
