How we manage
A building joins us on a handover assessment, then runs on a written plan. Nothing is promised before the building has been looked at.
The process
From handover to routine
Handover assessment
We review the building, its shared areas, the current arrangements and anything outstanding. Until that is done we do not commit to a scope or a cost.
Service plan
A written plan setting out what is inspected, cleaned and maintained, and how often — agreed with the owner or the building’s representatives before we start.
Inspection reports
Regular visits with a written record of the condition of communal areas and shared facilities, and a clear list of anything that needs attention.
Contractor coordination
Faults assessed and prioritised, work scheduled with independent contractors, completion checked and reported back to the owner.
Review
The plan is revisited as the building changes — new residents, new facilities, seasonal work — so the scope stays honest.
What you receive
Records, not reassurance
Everything we arrange is written down: what was inspected, what was found, what was scheduled and what was completed. Owners should be able to see the work rather than take it on trust.
